  The Paoletta Insurance Agency helps customers choose insurance policies for Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance by creating individualized, competitive packages and providing ongoing service.

This Site is for information, quotes, appointment requests, and customer service. It is not a policy contract and does not bind, change, cancel, or alter coverage.

The Paoletta Insurance Agency is an authorized agent of Farmers Insurance Group. Insurance is underwritten by Farmers Insurance Exchange® and its affiliates. Not all products are available in all states.

 You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

You agree to:

 No Coverage Without Confirmation. Submitting a form, quote request, payment, email, voicemail, or text message does not create, bind, cancel, or change insurance coverage. Coverage is effective only when confirmed in writing by an authorized representative and subject to carrier underwriting and policy documents.

Not All Products in All Areas. Products, coverages, discounts, and eligibility vary by carrier, location, underwriting guidelines, and applicable law. Availability may change without notice.

Quotes Are Estimates. Premiums, terms, and eligibility are determined by the carrier based on complete, verified information and underwriting guidelines.

Policy Documents Govern. If there is any conflict between this Site and your insurance policy, the policy documents control.

 Information on the Site is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Please consult your attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, or other qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation. 

 By contacting us through the Site, you consent to receive communications from Paoletta Insurance Agency by email, phone, or text message, consistent with applicable law and your communication preferences.

You authorize us to share your submitted data with carriers and service providers for quoting, servicing, underwriting, and customer service;

 By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Paoletta Insurance Agency, you consent to receive text messages related to our services, updates, notifications, quote requests, appointment reminders, policy service, customer care, billing or account-related inquiries, documentation requests, marketing messages, and other relevant information.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You can cancel this service at any time. Just text STOP to opt out.

After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP.

After you send the message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our SMS service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Paoletta Insurance Agency.

 If the Site enables payments, including policy premiums or fees, through third-party processors:

Payment processing is handled by those processors subject to their terms;

Payments do not guarantee coverage, reinstate coverage, or change coverage;

Coverage changes are effective only after written confirmation by an authorized representative;

You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

Premium payments are generally processed directly by Farmers Insurance Group or its authorized vendors. The Paoletta Insurance Agency does not directly collect or retain payment details submitted through this Site.

Important: Late or failed payments may result in cancellation or lapse of coverage according to the policy terms and carrier rules.

You may notify us of a claim or service request through the Site; however, reporting a claim through the Site does not constitute official notice to a carrier unless we confirm in writing.

For urgent claims, contact your carrier’s claims number or call us directly.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Paoletta and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

If you submit reviews, messages, files, or other content, “User Content”:

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your User 

Content in connection with the Site and our services;

You confirm that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe on the rights of others;

We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

Use automated means, including scrapers or bots, without permission;

Upload malware or engage in harmful or fraudulent activity;

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, US$100, OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute not subject to small claims court.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
